Took my truck in for multiple different things and waited over 2 and a half hours just for them to do an oil change and rotate the tires. It’s not the first time I’ve taken it there for these issues and every time they say they can’t figure it out. Good thing I used up my last free oil changes so now I can take it somewhere else to get worked on.

Vape pod was stolen from center console and rep said im not calling you a liar and wanted to check if it was there. Im not gonna lie about a $20 vape pod but it was the principal something was taken from inside my truck. Due to that my entire company fleet: 30+ trucks will not be using this dealership for anything

My air conditioner wasn't working properly when I turned it on and I connected them and they said a pop off valve was stuck open and they wouldn't fix it! So I'm very disappointed because I only bought it around Christmas. My daughter was told by a manager named Rod that he had been using his air conditioner all winter! I am 73 and I get cold so I don't use my air conditioner until it is in the upper 80s . That's why I didn't know about it not working until just recently.
Doesn’t communicate well not super helpful when it comes to info or a time frame

Was happy up until I bought the vehicle. After looking at the sticker on the vehicle I noticed I was missing some options listed. I have been trying to get answers to why they are not included but no one is responding.
Sales team goes above and beyond and listens to what you want and expect.. Sales manger makes it very easy and comfortable and explain everything in full detail. It's nice not having someone try to push you to something that you won't be happy with

I had a long wait even though I had a appointment. I was given a list of repairs. The car battery needed replaced. It was priced at over 500.00. I went to Auto zone and purchased the battery for 231.00 and they put it in for free. Your dealership is ripping off your customers.

Fast and friendly service When I arrived I was greeted promptly by Jaydon he kept me in formed through out my visit.
I took my car in early morning for a routine service, and other issues that needed fixed. The shuttle took me home, and back to the dealership when it was done. Everyone was very nice and professional. I always have a great experience with Patriot

The dealership has a program that will video when they're doing the inspection and showing the work that needed to be done. They did not do this on this service work that I requested. they recommended additional work that now I do not believe was necessary, but I paid for it because I authorized it. Shame on the service department for not using the technology that dealership has paid for so the customer can see the repairs that are needed.

I would strongly warn anyone considering buying from Patriot Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Pryor to think twice. What should have been a simple vehicle purchase has turned into an ongoing nightmare.
I was sold a vehicle that had serious issues almost immediately, and instead of taking responsibility, the dealership has refused to provide any real help or solutions. Once they had my money, the level of customer service dropped off completely.

Appointment was scheduled for 7:15am but don't open till 8am didn't start working till 8:30 didn't finish till 10am and then said we don't have the part to fix the recall
