My wife has been in for every on of here scheduled appointments and it always seems as though they do the one thing and nothing else on the 'checklist' her tiers are always put to the wrong PSI or not changed at all. We've had an outlet thats not worked properly since we purchased the jeep from you. But your 'techs' keep saying they cant re-create the issue. Also we've had issues with our devices and other people's devices not staying connected to the jeep. All of these issues have persisted since we bought this new.
Everyone I worked with and had contact with were all professional and were diligent in getting the car completed ahead of schedule. I appreciated their efforts.

They picked us a great suv. But the check engine light was on when it arrived and we were told it had been checked and gone through. The thermostat is bad needs replaced.

Mostly great. We were told it had nothing wrong with it. When delivered the check engine light was on, so we took it and had it checked the thermostat needs replaced. But mostly it is perfect, I love it.

Everything/everyone was super kind and courteous-however we were EXTREMELY disappointed in what was called 'detailing' the newly purchased used vehicle-it has really bad, what appears to be, hard water streaks on the paint, wheels, and glass-I'm sure hoping it all comes of when I hand wash it. Also, the interior doesn't look like it was even touched at all. It just looks like it was lightly hosed down to remove the dust and that was it!

The pre-call was with Jaden and it was for a recall. Had to order the part. He did well following up when the part came in and scheduled me for an appointment. I verified at that time that my paperwork said it would take about 2 1/2 hours and he said could be 3 to 4. I allotted more than four hours time knowing how things can go. I found what I was looking for online called set up an appointment came in and I already had the truck ready for me to look at and test drive had them show me some numbers who agreed upon a price filled out the application and went back to finance. Everything went very well.
They always do a great job & are really quick. They also have a great waiting area.
Not bad but not the best. Seemed like the service advisor didn't listen to me at first. Kept asking questions that could have been answered by looking at vehicle history.
Failure to return calls on multiple occasions resulting in problems with my warranty. Not a good experience
All I needed was a key fob programmed. Got an oil change I didn't ask for. They didn't make me pay for it but even that wasn't done correctly. Had to add 1 1/2 quarts to top it off when I got home.

Workmanship was on point! The Work was done in a timely manner! The only thing that I could suggest that a detailer or a tech with a cloth could wipe off the excess grease and hand prints off the areas that they worked on! Also the manifold is making a noise at start up since the repairs were done! I was told he had drill the bolts out! Thanks!

I originally left a five‑star rating because I was asked to, and I hoped the team would take good care of my truck. The in‑house customer service was great, but communication dropped off significantly when I tried to get updates on the status of my vehicle. The worst part was being told my truck was ready for pickup, driving an hour to get there, and finding it still filthy. I even took video because of how bad it was. At that point I was done — I took the truck and had it cleaned elsewhere.
Very accommodating, polite and eager to give good service. Always keeping us up on what maintenance is due as per mileage on vehicle. That way we don't have to worry about it. Thank you.

I am handicapped and have a handicapped lift in my Pacifica. That is why I have a Pacifica. They said I would have to pay almost $700 on a recall for airbags to take it out and put back in. I have been disappointed with this car since the dealer sold me a damaged car as a new one.

Took my truck in for multiple different things and waited over 2 and a half hours just for them to do an oil change and rotate the tires. It’s not the first time I’ve taken it there for these issues and every time they say they can’t figure it out. Good thing I used up my last free oil changes so now I can take it somewhere else to get worked on.
