I originally left a five‑star rating because I was asked to, and I hoped the team would take good care of my truck. The in‑house customer service was great, but communication dropped off significantly when I tried to get updates on the status of my vehicle. The worst part was being told my truck was ready for pickup, driving an hour to get there, and finding it still filthy. I even took video because of how bad it was. At that point I was done — I took the truck and had it cleaned elsewhere.
Very accommodating, polite and eager to give good service. Always keeping us up on what maintenance is due as per mileage on vehicle. That way we don't have to worry about it. Thank you.

I am handicapped and have a handicapped lift in my Pacifica. That is why I have a Pacifica. They said I would have to pay almost $700 on a recall for airbags to take it out and put back in. I have been disappointed with this car since the dealer sold me a damaged car as a new one.

Took my truck in for multiple different things and waited over 2 and a half hours just for them to do an oil change and rotate the tires. It’s not the first time I’ve taken it there for these issues and every time they say they can’t figure it out. Good thing I used up my last free oil changes so now I can take it somewhere else to get worked on.

Vape pod was stolen from center console and rep said im not calling you a liar and wanted to check if it was there. Im not gonna lie about a $20 vape pod but it was the principal something was taken from inside my truck. Due to that my entire company fleet: 30+ trucks will not be using this dealership for anything

My air conditioner wasn't working properly when I turned it on and I connected them and they said a pop off valve was stuck open and they wouldn't fix it! So I'm very disappointed because I only bought it around Christmas. My daughter was told by a manager named Rod that he had been using his air conditioner all winter! I am 73 and I get cold so I don't use my air conditioner until it is in the upper 80s . That's why I didn't know about it not working until just recently.

Was happy up until I bought the vehicle. After looking at the sticker on the vehicle I noticed I was missing some options listed. I have been trying to get answers to why they are not included but no one is responding.

I had a long wait even though I had a appointment. I was given a list of repairs. The car battery needed replaced. It was priced at over 500.00. I went to Auto zone and purchased the battery for 231.00 and they put it in for free. Your dealership is ripping off your customers.

Fast and friendly service When I arrived I was greeted promptly by Jaydon he kept me in formed through out my visit.
I took my car in early morning for a routine service, and other issues that needed fixed. The shuttle took me home, and back to the dealership when it was done. Everyone was very nice and professional. I always have a great experience with Patriot

The dealership has a program that will video when they're doing the inspection and showing the work that needed to be done. They did not do this on this service work that I requested. they recommended additional work that now I do not believe was necessary, but I paid for it because I authorized it. Shame on the service department for not using the technology that dealership has paid for so the customer can see the repairs that are needed.
