Service was good, but my oil change was suppose to be my second free one, but didn’t honor that said it had been over a year. I don’t dive my car enough to rack up the miles to get my oil change with in that year. So not happy about that.
Very good on diagnosis and worked hard and fast to find parts and to fix my truck quick

I took my truck in for service repair, they advised nothing was wrong. But I had my truck looked at by another trained mechanic and was told the rear end and front end going out. They were very helpful and polite and said every test came back good. But after picking it up that night driving to Tulsa it was making a loud noise in the rear end line grinding sound. Terrible experience. I was assured a deal so I took off work and drove the 6 hour total trip only to have them tell me they couldn't help me after all. The service department took 3 hours to perform a routine oil change, tire rotation and inspection. Now my truck has a wheel vibration that it didn't before. Then I was ghosted by the sales manager when I expressed my frustration with the experience. The salesperson who tried to help me, Tony was the only decent part of the experience. Excellent service, Logan was nice and was very helpful! Answered every question we had, and we had our kids with us and they were excellent with them as well.
I highly recommend Dustin for a great no pressure car purchase. Rocky came by and made sure everything was going smoothly with our transaction. Joseph and finance did a great job getting all our financing taken care of. Great little car nice quality..
The dealership knew we were coming but we still had to wait inside for at least 25 minutes before anyone helped us. And the music was SO OBNOXIOUS and LOUD that we thought we were at the club dancing. I won't ever buy from this dealership again.

They afford me a 2 year warranty on my engine and I said yes I like that they fail to put it down on the paper work so now I don't have the 2 year warranty because they failed at to put it on there not happy at all
Ok other than having stuff recommended that was not needed Recommended getting new windshield wipers when I just put new ones on

Justin was great. However, I did not get my voucher worth 2500 towards my down payment and when I went in I was told the vehicle I wanted had actually dropped to 25000 but during the signing they priced vehicle at 28500. I called and asked why I didn't get my voucher and why they raised the price and I was told back fees!?? I've never seen tht before.
They were friendly, helpful, prompt on service and kind. Others helped me when I wasn’t even there to see them.
After service was done and the vehicle wasn't return to Carrol Hunt in a timely manner ( over 45 minutes) time is money and we are on schedules. Was informed alot of laughing and sidebar conversations was going on but no informing the client that her vehicle was done. Time is money.

Really disappointed If I asked a question it couldn't be answered and I felt like I got done wrong just because I bought a used vehicle I asked for a copy of the that was done and was I couldn't get one . We had a 2022 Ram Promaster that needed an engine. Our local dealer could not locate a new engine and were way out of line on the cost of a used engine and kept avoiding quoting us on labor for the job. Vehicle we bought should have came with two key fobs. Also vehicle we went to look at wasn’t available after we got there with Salesman knowing that was why we were coming 4 hours for.

I am highly disappointed in this dealership’s customer service for CDJR. If you want any of these makes (CDJR) for vehicle, do not use this dealer. They are extremely slow and then when I drove back an hour from Tulsa to sign paperwork we waited over an hour again. Then they decided to say oh we can have you sign in Tulsa at your house. I’ve bought 2 cars from Patriot Honda in Ardmore; a 2018 CRV and a 2023 Ridgeline. I was satisfied with the cost of each car. I’ve also been using the service department there for all general maintenance and have no plans to take my cars anywhere else.
I worked with Jacob Knight and Joseph in finance, as well as the GM. It was a really quick and easy process, I was able to do it all from the phone! I appreciated them being open honest and speedy with the entire process, and I would highly recommend Jacob to a friend in need of a vehicle. He’s the greatest!!

The dealerships sales team wasn't able to get me into a gladiator with max tow package on it. They just seamed to be a little on the unprofessional side.

Received free oil changes upon purchase of my Jeep because I almost decided not to purchase due to the individual who handled the paperwork and was told it would only take an hour and ended up being at dealership for over 6 hours. Never was told oil changes expire. The last oil change patriot did for me will be the last time. I will take my services elsewhere.
